Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and still sealed in the original packaging.  Due to the nature of the product, we will inspect all returned product.  You must email us prior at info@theterpenestore.com within 7 days of purchase date or we cannot accept your return.

1. Sale, custom or special request items are always nonrefundable
2. A 20% restock fee applies to all approved returns.
3. If approved, a refund or store credit will be issued (minus shipping costs and restock fee)
4. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, and may take 7-10 business days to go back to your account depending on your bank.
